We encountered some pretty crazy weather conditions during our recent camping trip on Kick. You see, the forecast called for a little bit of sunshine, website but Mother Nature had other thoughts. Apparently, she decided to throw a massive downpour right in the middle of our adventure!
Our shelter quickly transformed into a swamp. {Everywhere was soaked through and through. We tried to to stay dry, but it was a losing battle. The rain just kept falling.
It wasn't all bad though. There was something special about the whole experience. We huddled together in our makeshift shelter, sharing stories and trying to stay warm.

Well friends, it's been a crazy few days here on the farm! The plants are growing like crazy, and I'm totally excited about all the {freshfoods we're going to have.
I've also been workin'/toiling/hustling hard on {someideas that I can't wait to tell you all about soon! In the meantime, here are a couple of {quickhighlights:
* Managed to finishing up the new barn.
* The chickens/goats/cows are laying/producing/giving tons/loads/plenty of eggs/milk/cheese.
* I've been trying out some new recipes using all the fresh ingredients from the farm.

Girl Gone Wild: Rain Campin with Jess
Rain lashed down, turning our campsite into a muddy mess. But that didn't stop Jess! She was pumped to be out here in the wild, braving the elements with a gleeful expression on her face. We struggled to erect our tent, which howled like a wounded animal every time a gust of wind hit it. We huddled inside, sharing stories, the warmth of each other's company combating the chill. Later, we watched the rain drumming on the leaves, listening to the melody of nature. This wasn't just a camping trip, it was an challenge. A true "Girl Gone Wild" moment!
